Location in Dobanovci, near Belgrade-Zagreb highway We own an attractive location that spreads on approximately 10 hectares (100.000m2), which runs parallel to highway E-70, in length of 350 m, in direction towards Belgrade. Location has direct access to expressway. There is a local road at the back side of the parcel, parallel to highway, which has a status of a road with economic significance according to Urban Spatial plan of Surcin municipality. This location, which belongs to a Belgrade economic zone, is 4km far from Belgrade “Nikola Tesla” airport, and 19km from a city center. The allowed construction area is 60 000 square meters, according to adopted spatial plan dated from April 2008. It is between Obrenovac and Dobanovci junction roads. A new road junction is under construction nearby the location, which will connect a road to Novi Sad and Belgrade-Zagreb highway. It has a central position to other regional roads in Serbia and wider region, considering the position of these three road junctions. The location is visually marked, surrounded by railing with entrance gates for cars and pedestrians. Besides the public light close to expressway, location has its own lime-lights.
